It is divided into white and green broccoli.

Process craft: Selection; cleaning; washing: this stage using vinegar sodium sulfate to disinfect & control the quantity of microorganisms (bacteria) , after blanching, then frozen. The purpose of blanching here is to let the oxygen out of the fruits and vegetables to prevent frozen fruits and vegetables from oxidation, discoloration.
Transportation: 40FT, 24 tons , the temperature of the container: -18 degrees.
