It is the unique machine for producing adult diaper. Besides, according to customer’s demand, it can also produce paper mattress by adding some simple units. It runs the procedures of cotton pulp treating,
cotton core forming, pressing, embossing, waist tape and mid tape adding, cutting, folding, conveying, end seal, tri-folding and finished product output.
The application of automatic fetches and fits of phase enables the on-line readjustment of key parts without stopping the machine. Application of the vacuum conveying system guarantees the stress, stability and fixity of the product. Rational structure of the whole machine with high automation and easy operation.
1. The teech-like crusher is able to take treated or untreated pulp
