KALIHO Technology Development Limited was
founded in 2002 and has been engaged in Cellular GSM for more than 6 Years with
active & experienced staff and excellent service to serve all our esteemed
customers worldwide and have established many connections spreading over the
world.
In the year of 2007, we have expanded to
the wireless communication field and invested large amount of funding in
Cellular industry. The new factory locates at Baolong industry city in
Shenzhen, occupied territory nearly hundred Chinese acres with construction
area over 86,000 square meters. Furthermore, we have super-advanced production
facilities and complete functional configurations. Its affiliated sectors
includes: molding, injection molding, oil spraying, screen printing, SMT,
assembly and packing; it facilities with 25 mechanized drilling machines,
milling machines, lathes, grinding machines, linear cutting machines
and 12 injection molding machines as well as Auto Oil Spraying Baking line, AUTO
SMT machine, reflow soldering machine, auto bonding machine and precision
inspection instruments. Therefore, we have been certificated

4.Payment Term: By T/T or Western Union

Union

For order: 30% T/T as deposit and the balance will be

5. Delivery:

received sample charge.(payment)

For Order: First order 2-3 weeks. Repeat order:

6. Transportation mode:
l
By Express (TNT/EMS/FedEx/DHL/Hong Kong EMS etc) (Door
to Door and express agent will be responsible Customs clearance)
l
By air freight: Minimum Weight: 45KG about 75pcs phones (It is not door to
door service and Buyers should be responsible for Customs Clearance)
l
By ocean freight: Minimum Weight:170KG about 285pcs phones (This way, buyers
are requested to have enough quantity minimum weight come to 170KG, namely 285pcs phones)
7.Suggestions: We suggest buyers to use
express service which will be safer
l
Hong Kong EMS express: Minimum weight: 6KG (it is door to door service and will be
responsible for CUSTOMS Clearance), the cheapest transportation mode in Express
Service.
l
If by Air Freight, we need to apply for the certain
certificates (Telecom) in Hong Kong which will
cost about USD120. Currently new policy in China mainland, the phones are
forbidden to be taken on the plane because phones contain battery. So the only
way is through Hong Kong. Another point is
that Air freight is not Door to Door Service and it need buyer itself to be
responsible for Customs Clearance. Which will not be so safe compared with
Express Service.
Therefore, I
suggest you by Express Service First.
8. Guarantee: Always 12
month warranty, and necessary 2% spare parts (Swap Unit) and provide necessary
training to your technical person who will be able to deal with the normal
problems of the phones in your own country.
9. How to buy Samples:
1.
Confirm us which model you will buy and how many pieces
of each model? Make a list to me
2.
According to your list, I will calculate the cost of
phones and freight, then make out Proforma Invoice which will be sent to you
for confirmation.
3.
After you received our Proforma Invoice, please confirm
us by email and arrange the payment by T/T or Western
Union as per our P.I.
4.
After we received your payment, we will test the samples
well which will be shipped to you immediately by express carrier.
5.
Big order: We suggest that it would be better for both
parties to sit down and discuss face to face for long-term cooperation.
10. How to make order:
1.
Final confirm to us of which model and how many pieces
and the delivery time.
2.
Sign a Sales Confirmation or Purchase Order as well as
MOU for long-term cooperation.
3.
Arrange the 30% T/T as deposit to us.
4.
We make the mass production according to your
confirmation and instructions stipulated in the contracts.
5.
Buyers arrange the balance payment of amount of this
order.
6.
We arrange necessary certificates which our Customs
requested and ship the ordered goods to buyers, and send Shipping Advice to
Buyer, Send Necessary Certificates or Files to our Buyers as their Importing
Customs Clearance request.
Sellers：We are
responsible for exporting procedures in China
Buyers Be
responsible for their importing procedures in their own country.
