DOUBLE WALL CORRUGATED BOARD PRODUCTION LINE

Two flute combinations (A&B, C&B) as well as special customer-tailored flutes are provided. Steam heating and oil heating are optional (but oil heating is not suitable for line with speed above 100m/min). The standard five ply line is made up of Single facer (2), mill roll stand (3~5), preheater (4), multiplex preheater (preheating roll diameter should be φ900mm for speed above 120m/min), conveying bridge (1), duplex glue machine (1), double facer (1), slitter scorer (1) (thin-blade or flaring slitting tool is optional), cut-off (1), stacker (1). Speed of 80m/min, 100m/min, 120 m/min, 150m/min or 180 m/min is offered to meet customer’s requirement.
