Aiflon graphitized carbon fiber packing set (2100G) is braided from orlon and impregnated with PTFE latex containing graphite particles. Compared with traditional carbon fiber packing set, it isnt brickle, so it is suitable for the condition of higher linear velocity. As the carbon fiber has higher strength and good heat exchange, PTFE and graphite have excellent lubricating performance, this packing set wont wear shaft and can be used for long term.
