Basic structure: oscillator system includes transducer, booster, horn (probe) and generator
Characteristic: the processed liquid need put into the container, and put the horn into the liquid, and then transmit ultrasonic. The liquid flow in the container, and be effected by the strongly ultrasonic. The processed liquid volume can large or small. In general, for same size container, liquid flow smaller is, its stop time is longer in the container, ultrasonic function time is longer. Contrarily, controlling ultrasonic function time shorter is, the production is higher.
Main technology:
1.Frequency range: 15Khz to 60 KHz
2. one unit marked power: 500W、1000W、1500W、2000W、3000W .The lower frequency is, the larger per unite power will be; the higher frequency is, the lower per unite power will be.Can be used many unites assembled.
3.Horn (probe) material: stainless steel, titanium alloy. Also can be made according to requirements.
4. container: suggest use diameter 100mm to diameter 1000mm. Diameter is larger, the production is larger. But unit area’s ultrasonic power is smaller. The container can be made by yourself, also lest us do for you.
5. production: 10kg/h ～ 1000kg/h, the production can be larger through assembled.
6. generator: analog generator, digital generator, frequency automatic tracking, overcurrent and overvoltage protection, power can be ajusted.
