Advanced and unique structure of valve plate and valve seat can avoid rubber inflation, hunching and avulsion of valve seat. This kind of valve has good sealing, small torque and long service life.

1. Actuator flange accommodates all types of operators: handle, gear, electric, and pneumatic actuators.

2. Pressurize stuffing and the phenolic backed seat is non-collapsible, stretch and blowout proof. Easily field replaceable and provide failsafe sealing around stem, eliminating possible leakage

3. Highly precise taper pins ensure solid connection between stem and seat avoiding vibration and breaking off. Easily field replaceable.

4. Axial bearing prevents shaft overload and assuring minimum torque.

5. Lubricated bronze bushings support the stem, disconnecting the seat and stem and reducing friction of stem.

6. Valves available with both wafer and lug type bodies. Fully lines body in a broa5d range of materials.

7. Precision disc flats mate with seat flats to give a highly efficient seal: prevents leakage into the stem area, its profile disc provides bubble-tight off with minimal disc/sest interference, assuring minimum torque and longer service lift.

8. One piece thru-stem design ensures dependability and positive disc control. Algnment features allow easy installation between pipeline flange, a real installation cost saver.
