1. Application
According to customers’ requirements, SLWS - II500 series weight hammer air-lock flap valve is designed and developed based on the new technology, which can maintain the pressure in pipeline and is the ideal ash disposal equipment. The valve applies a heavy hammer automatically reset structure; the material is alternatively opening and closing to realize the self discharge functions under gravity. It has the characteristics of action smooth, energy saving, discharge ash volume adjustable and air-lock reliable.

2. Structure Features
(1) The valve can automatically open and close on the pressure differential of the two sides, adjust the mound location according to the negative pressure in the pipeline.
(2) The stress of the valve has been fully eliminated during processing; dedicated
fixture ensures the processing accuracy.
(3) The valve is heat tolerant, wear-resistant, and overall well-rigid.
(4) All joints of the bearing are full sealed for the result of dust prevention and not damage easily.

3. Work Principle
The valve plate of this series valve can open automatically under the gravity of the materials, when the materials falls down, the matched weight lever system enables the valve plate reset automatically to prevent blowing air in, thus completes the delivery of materials.
