Returns/Exchanges
DOA items may be returned at our expense for testing and/or repair. If the item is unrepairable it may be exchanged or FULL refunded if a similar item is not available.
In most cases if your item is received with damages that were not mentioned in listing, it could have been damaged during transit. We will be happy to work with you on filing a claim with the carrier to get you refunded.
