All of our items come with a NON-DOA(Dead on Arrival) warranty unless stated to be in as-is and/or parts condition.
Batteries do not come with any warranty as we can not guarantee battery life.

DOA items may be returned at our expense for testing and/or repair. If the item is unrepairable it may be exchanged or FULL refunded if a similar item is not available.
In most cases if your item is received with damages that were not mentioned in listing, it could have been damaged during transit. We will be happy to work with you on filing a claim with the carrier to get you refunded.

Big order: 30% payment advance, and  balance against the faxed copy of B/L

Items are usually shiped same day or next day following payment.
We use UPS & USPS depending on item size delivery location.
No local pick-ups at this time.
