1.Application :
FV series pneumatic flow control valve (Combo flow control valve) is the expertise unloading equipment which avails of the most advanced oversea technology for both raw meal silos, cement depot; particularly is the best replacement of similar import equipment in sealing and discharge linear. It has a good efficiency contrast to similar imported products in the 1000t/d, 2500 t/d and 5000 t/d cement production line. Pneumatic flow control valve opens quickly through the driving force of the cylinder rotation. The automatic adjustment is realized by the control signal through Siemens positioning device. It plays a role of flow control switcher mainly in powder, grain materials, small particle transmission flow control system; it is used normally with gate valve together. FV series pneumatic flow control valve is make rotating cylinder, Siemens positioning device as its control drive device so that to control the switch, and is an ideal equipment for flow regulation.
2、Structure Features:
(1). This product has the features as following: open and close flexibly, seal tightly without leakage, the spool and the valve end are hardly worn out; low noise rate and vibration, long service life etc.
(2). The rotating cylinder is original KINETROL; Oil-water separator the original AirTAC; positioning devices is the SIEMENS, SIPART SP2, 4-20 mA signal control can be accelerating rapidly with precise flow adjustment.
(3). FV series pneumatic flow control valve has a pleasing appearance, compact structure, small size, light weight, high sensitivity, non resistance, and no angle limit.
(4). Spool uses high wear performance materials; the ceramic surface is to enhance the sticking property with high-density blanket, and reducing the wear to blanket; arc open outer make material flow without resistance. Spool sealed softly with quality high-density blanket. The adjustment of the seal box can be undergone externally so that to adjust the clearance of the spool and blanket for the purpose of no leakage. The blanket has a long service life, and can be replaced conveniently after worn.
3、Working Principle:
0.4~0.6Mpa dynamic gas are provided to the oil-water separator of FV series pneumatic flow control valve, by the oil-water separator filter, clean gas are supply to Siemens dual role positioning device, and then the stable gas flow to the dual role rotating cylinder, the rotating cylinder led the stem rapidly rotate. The signal is feedback through the device to the positioning device program controller so that the valve can start / stop or do adjustment by the 4-20 mA signals. Input 4mA control signal to Siemens positioning device, the valve will be fully closed, and 20mA control signal for Siemens position, which allows the valve to fully open state. Under 4mA control signal, valve is completely closed, if the signal is disappeared, the valve can be quick-open.
