Shanxi permanent magnet filters or fluid line filters reduce tool and work piece damage caused by ferrous metal chips, filings, and dust which get into coolant systems during burnishing, drilling, milling, grinding, broaching and other machining operations.
 
Installed on the return line, they prevent ferrous particles from flowing into reservoir and back to the work piece. Less down time due to tool breakage. More work hours between tool reconditions.
 
Cleaning sleeve assembly and tubes enclosing the magnets are stainless steel and never need replacing. Once installed in the coolant or lubricating system, no maintenance is required except for an occasional, quick, simple cleaning.
