Detailed Product Description

1. Sanitary and no poison: Green building material products, directly applied to water suply systerm for pure water and drinking water.

2. High thermal resistant: 70 degree and 1.0Mpa working pressure in long time operation and 95-120 degree in short time operation, over 50 years of long lifetime.

3. High corrosion resistant: No rust, no crustation, and no bacteria.

4. Light weight and high strength: 0.89-0.91 g/cm3 density(1/8 lighter than metal pipes), over 5 mpa of test pressure, flexible and high impact strength.

5. Heat insulation: 0.23-0.24w/mk of thermal conductivity at 20 degree, only 1/200 compared to metallic pipes, so good heat insulation performance when applied to water supply.

6. UV-resistant: Mixed with ultraviolet stability in ATON PP-R pieps production, so good untraviolet resistance.

7. Low flowing resistance: Smooth internal wall, lower flow resistance than metal pipes.

8. Easy and secure assemble: Thermal-fusion joint finished in seconds and high grade copper insert components avoiding leakage, which makes the pipeline highly safe.
