UV spot coating machine

1.      Stream feeder. Suction feeder with maintenance free vacuum suction system requires no lubricant. High precision front and side guide positioning with micro adjustment. Equipped with double sheet controller and paper stacking table elevating device.

2.      Muti function coating mechanism. Gripper transmission system ensures stable transferring of paper sheet. Automatic cylinder transmission system ensures stable transferring of paper sheet. Automatic cylinder on/off via pneumatic control. Convenient plate changing. Suitable for both flexo plate rubber blanket.

3.      Hot air drying for water base.

4.      UV curing unit. Composed of UV light tube, reflector cover, electric control and cooling exhausting device. Installed with automatic temperature controller. Equipped with full light and half light feature, full light for normal status, automatically turn to half light when sheet feeding breaks down or double paper occurs of emergency stop happens.

5.      Automatic paper sheet collection unit. Gripper transfer with low noise. Vacuum sunction device keeps paper sheet flat and avoids curling problems for light weight paper sheet.
