PGA is white or slight yellowish powder which can be used in
1) Foam and emulsifying stabilization: mainly for beers
2) Suspending, emulsifying, stabilizing and thickening: salads, jam, beverage, cream, milk drinks, fruits and chocolate drinks, sugar coating, frozen foods.
