High Speed Dry Method Laminating Machine (GF600-1200C)

The machine is applied to laminating various roll materials like plastic film(PET, BOPP, PE, PVC and etc. ), paper, aluminum foil etc. in tow-layer or multi-layer manner. The machine adopts automatic dual-photoelectric tracking system, automatic tension control system, and constant temperature cycle of hot air drying system. It adopts the mesh roller for gluing dual-frequency control technology. Pressing glue roller and laminating roller are controlled pneumatically.

1. The first and second unwinding equipment(upside unwinding equipment that is used exclusively for laminating aluminum foil, and underside unwinding equipment ) and rewinding equipment are all supported by air-expansion shaft, assuring fast replacement, evenly supporting force and accurate centering.
2. The first unwinding equipment adopts automatic dual-photoelectric tracking system for rectification to assure the unwinding edge smooth and tidy.
3. The tension of the unwinding and rewinding equipment is controlled by magnetic powder.
4. Quantitative gluing by the mesh roller; Pneumatic pressing glue roller; Back pressing doctor, sole electric motor controlling doctor's horizontal movement.
5. The heat-conducting oil in the laminating steel roller is heated up to make the roller heat evenly and save power as well.
6. Gluing and laminating employ the pneumatic pressing rollers.
7. The machine adopts dual-frequency control technology and Japanese pansonic transducer, assuring that it drives synchronously.
8. The total length of the oven is 8 m. Internal guide roller is shaped in arch. There are walkway and guard rail at the side of the oven.
9. The temperature is automatically controllable in the four segments of the drying oven respectively. The heater is installed outside and is heated by electricity. The blower inbreathes hot air into the oven.
10. The liner of the oven adopts cycle of hot air system and saves the energy. The entrance of oven installs the discharge air equipment and discharges the volatilizable impregnant in order to avoid exhaust gas participating in the second cycle and ensure safety.
11. All aluminum guide rollers adopts the highly hardened aluminum alloy which is imported.
