Al-alloy cable tray

Al-alloy cable tray has following advantages: an outstanding capacity of anti corrision, simple constructed, novel pattern, big loading capacity, light, long service life, easily installed. It also has an even and beautiful appearance, no damnification to cables. It could be used in the normal environments but it appears special capacity of anti corrision in the salty, high humidity and corrision surroundings.
　　The rungs and side rails are forming drawed. For the side rails, it is “I” shaped and double strengthened. As a result of it, this kind of side rails are suitable for installation of larger span, and also could be manufactured based on the customers’ requirements. The top of the rung is arc type to avoid damaging the cables.
Raw material requirements of al-alloy cable tray  
  　　The side rails and rungs of al-alloy cable tray are section aluminium extrusion, and it is better for us to use 6063 aluminium alloy with a T5(RCS) supply situation and normal precision.
　　 It is better for us to use 5052(LF2) aluminium alloy with a H112(R) supply situation for brackets supporting systems. The raw materials of al-alloy cable tray should be discussed during customer and supplier when the special requirements come out.
　　 It is better to use 5052(LF2) aluminium extrusion with a O(M) or HX4(Y2) supply situation for al-alloy cable tray. All of the cable tray should do oxidtion surface treatment and electric conduction in the cable tray joint.
　　 Loading capacity: there are totally 5 classes loading capacity for perforated cable tray and ladder type cable tray as following:： 
   
         Oxidtion treatment: the thickness of Oxidtion protection should be compliance with the following tables, and also the protection should be treated with enclosed hole.
