Instructions:
1.The foil feeder system are built with a very solid steel structure with high feeding precision.
2.The machine feed freely with no tension, regulating the position of foil roll quickly and conveniently.
3.There is a save-power device to assist the foil roller. It is convenient to change foil.
4. The coil core head can work continuously for a very long time,as we imported a constant-temperatured electro-magnetic braking system.
5. The length instrument and its control system adopt an interactive controller (can be replaced by PLC as customer’s requirement.),which is in high performance and great flexibility. In order to optimize this system, this feeder adopts SIEMENS Human-Machine Interface, which can realize many functions, such as language converting,counting containers,and remembering.
6. We research and developed pinch head by combining our long-term experience of designing the packing machine in this field.We initiate pinch head in this field. The pinch head is design from elastic splint.And it can be adjusted between 0mm-300mm. The pinch head can match mould with different height.In that case,it has no effect on die changing.
7. The foil feed system can put foil easily and simply.As it has an oil tanker with great capacity, it is very easy to lubricated and add oil
8.Base on the foil feed system,we have engineered a new emboss which can make decoration in ever lasting quality amd feeds foil smoothly. Moreover,the grain is clear and distinct. Accroding to your samples, blueprints or constructions,we can design and manufacture delicate decorations, and make your decoration a distintive sign of your company,so as to meet your sepcific needs.The longest width of the machine is 650mm. Therefore, it is suitable to produce almost all kinds of embossed container.
.With the adoption of Izumi’s IDEC PLC(Programmable Logic Controller) in Japan to the system of the feeding length.Therefore, it has strong competence and great flexibility.We adopt the 4.7 inch people-machine surface as to optimize the system.It has great function, such as language converting,counting and rememering.
