The production line of food container of aluminium Modle:CTJF-40T
The frequency of this production line is 40-70 products per munite,that is, this production line can produce 40-70 products per minute.(it depends on the container’s complexity and size.) The fastest speed is 70 products per minute.We can make single cavity mould and multi-cavities mould. If the container is small, we can make a two-cavities mould or three-cavities mould..
This prodution line is composed of the followings(note1),
1. an auto-lubricated feeder(note2)
2. an eletronically controlled panel
3. a length controller
4. a 40T pneumatic punch
5. a set mould of food container which is vertical curl or full curl.
6. a automatic conveyor(with a carbore which can be filled the resting foil)
7. a collector of finished product
8. a machine which assist to change die
9. a machine which assist to change foil
Note:
1.This production line is electrification integrationand centralized control.It is totally controlled automatically.Worker just collect the finished products.
2.The width of foil feed system is 520mm.(basic model)
3.The lenth of feeding foil is controlled by computer. You can regulate the length form 30mm to 999mm.
4.As we can manufacture the machine according to the products’s size as they required, the outer-appearance of the machine is different.
The procedure of production line:
raw material:aluminium foil-->auto-lubricated feeder-->length controller-->40-T precise presser--> mould-->collect container by hand (or auto-collector)-->packing
Instrution of Mould:
It is said that perfect products should be produced by a good mould which is the goal we endeavor to. We abandon outdated machanical operation of making mould and adopt the star-up rebounded system which is flexible. The advantages of the mould are long shelf life, stable quality, high precision, and reasonable design. With such advantages, the mould could realize the process of cutting, forming, plugging and rolling of aluminum foil wares in one step. We also can manufacture various mould which can be used to make various food container,such as smoothwall container,multi-cavity container,one compartment container and multi-compartment container, and food container with various rims (G style, L style, IVC style or folding style). The mould is excellent in quality and reasonable in price.The working cycle period is short. According to customers needs, the mould can be seted up to ordinary punch, pneumatic punch,or the press with four pillars.
