1. General Description:
The Trolley is developed for of passenger’s luggage transportation at the airport.
The maximum capacity of Trolley is 200kg, and capacity of basket is 8kg.
The Trolley is mounted with 4 swivel castors, thereinto two rear swivel castors with brakes.
Castor diameter is 125mm, with noise proof wheel face.
The front wheel is equipped with some form of steering control that provides a direction adjustment for easy maneuvering when operating with luggage. As the loading gets heavier, the height of front part will decrease.
Brake keeps under braking in normal times, and will be released when pressing or lifting the handgrip.
The brake can keep a fully loaded Trolley stationary on a slope of 12°.
There are at least 3 places for advertising plate. One AD plate area at the back of Trolley is 46*31cm, and the triangle position at right/left foot plate are other two AD plates.
Trolley is nest-able for space saving in the state of storage.

Basket is welded by steel wire of Φ7mm and steel plate of 2.5mm thick.
3. Body:
The trolley body is welded by tube of Φ38.1mm, flat side oval tube of 35*20 and 32*16, steel wire of Φ12mm, steel bar of 70*10mm and steel plate of 2mm thick, and it is sturdy.
4. Swivel device of front wheel
The front wheel swivel device is combined by a complex swivel structure. It is made of steel plate of 10mms and 5mms thick, steel bar of 35*6 mm, a kind of wear-resisting universal sleeve and special rubber. The device is flexible and reliable.
5. Castors:
4 swivel castors with wheel diameter of 125mm, 2 of them with brakes. Wheel face is made of soundless material, can operated smoothly.
6. Nesting:
Trolley will be nested by a special way: they can delivery to a pointed position by push the one at the end of that nested pile.
The distance of every 5 nested Trolleys pile is approx 1840mm; and the distance of every 10 nested Trolleys pile is approx 2915mm.
7. Plastics:
All plastic parts are made from engineering plastics which has perfect shock resistance performance. All parts meet the European environmental protection requirement.
8. Plating:
Trolley is plated by environmental protection plating process -- 3+ Cr plating, this can ensure the safety of food. The plating thickness is 15-20μm, and it meets the relevant standards of BS1706FeZn.
