Hot stamping foil

We are producing hot stamping foil which suit for substrate from different material. Such as synthetic / genuine leather,textile and graphic/plastic etc.

1. Metallic foil for synthetic leather includes PVC/PU leather

Size: 1400mm x 1000m

Application: pay much attention to temp. speed, pressure. The working temp from 120-130centi grade. Speed 30-40m per min and 2-3kgs for press

2. Clear foil for textile and genuine leather

Size : 1500mm x 500m

Pack: in carton

Applicaton: 160 centi grade for working and 10-15m per min highly recommended.After then reserveation under 50 centi grade for 8hrs.The glossy and hand-feeling will be excellent.
