Technical requirements：
 (1) The external surface of puncture part, barrel, plunger is smooth without obvious defect from production. （2） Blood collection tube is smooth and clean, without mechanical foreign substance, air bubbles etc. （3） The internal and external surface of blood collection needle and puncture needle is smooth and clean. The needle point is sharp. （4） There is no leakage between blood collection needle and piston puncture needle. （5） During the standard examination, no connections in blood collection sets will be broken or failed off. （6） The stiffness, ductility, corrosion resistance and permeability of the needle comply with GB15811 standard. （7） The difference of pH in the solution to be examined and blank control solution must be less than 1.5. （8） It is sterilized with ethylene oxide and the quantity of ethylene oxide residue complies with the standard. （9） The blood collection set is sterile, it has no pyrogen and it does not induce hemolysis reaction
