Disposable Blood Infusion Sets

Technical requirements：
 3.3.1 The connections between the parts constituting the liquid path of the infusion sets, excluding protective cap must be able to bear still pulling force no less than 15N for 15s.
3.3.2 The material that the latex tube is made of must be plasticized evenly and transparent or near transparent. When there are air bubbles in the pipe, the interface between liquid and air can be seen by naked eyes or corrected vision.
3.3.3 The length from the end to the latex tube of drip chamber [including injection part (if any) and the outside conical fitting] is not less than 1500mm.
3.3.4 The wall thickness of the latex tube is larger than 0.5mm and the external diameter is not less than 4.0mm.
3.3.5 Liquid drop in the drip chamber must be seen continuously. The liquid should enter the drip chamber through a dropper inserted in drip chamber. The distance from the dropper tip to the outlet of the drip chamber is not less than 40mm. The distance between the dropper and drug solution filter is not less than 20mm. The distance from the inner wall of the drip chamber to the out wall of the dropper tip is not less than 5mm. At 23degree ? degree , when flow rate is 50 drops/min, the volume of 20 drops or 60 drops from the dropper is 1ml?.1ml(1g?.1g).
3.3.6 The drip chamber must be able to bring the blood in the container into the blood infusion sets by its elasticity.
3.3.7 The flow regulator can regulate the flow rate from zero to maximum and the range must be not less than 30mm.
3.3.8 Under 1m static head, at 23degree ?degree blood temperature, the blood infusion sets can output not less than 1000ml blood in 30min, and at the pressure 30kpa higher than atmospheric pressure, can output not less than 500ml of blood in 2min.
3.3.9 The product is sterile, has no pyrogen and does not induce hemolysis reaction or acute systemic toxicity.
