All operations are automatic except the feeding of tubes
 
Suitable for all standard tube sizes
 
No Tube - No Fill device
 
No tailing achieved by special pneumatic string cutter
 
Automatic ejection of filled and sealed tubes
 
Stirrer in SS Hopper and / or jacketed SS Hopper having heat control arrangement with thermostat
 
SINGLE HEAD machine fills 25 to 30 tubes of dia upto 35mm per minute
 
DOUBLE HEAD machine fills 40 to 50 tubes of dia upto 22mm per minute
 
ELECTRICALS: 1 HP 1440 RPM 3Phase Models for higher speed are also available.
 
Note: automatic aluminum tube filling & sealing machine for pharmaceutical cream, anti septic cream, this is the automatic aluminum, metal tube filling sealing machine.
