? Description:

? The PLC pillow machine is a new design and developed equipment for pillow filling according the highest technology in Finland which can be handled by only 2 operators.

? The suitable material is 2 or 3 dimensional hollow conjugate siliconized polyester fiber that shorter than 100mm.

? There are 1 big cylinder and 7 small rollers are assembled to the machine which is metallic self-lock wire produced.

? The fiber can be opened for more than 98% and not be damaged.

? It is assembled with one fiber opening machine, one fan and 2 blowers.

? It is working through a PLC control system and the 2 blowers can be handled by only one operator with simple operation.

? Pillow case can be hold by special construction and filling automatically.

? The filling weight can be controlled basically via filling time flux.
