1. Characteristic
Our soaker hose have following characteristic:
1) Water use ratio is above 90% of soak irrigation, save above 50% water than spray irrigation, save 70%-80% water than the earth’s surface channel irrigation, irrigate equably.
2) Low energy consumption, save 65% energy than spray irrigation, save 70% energy than the earth’s surface channel irrigation, save time and energy.
3) Good heat preservation capability, ground temperature is higher than other irrigation 1-3 ℃, loosed soil and low air humidity, prevent the plant from insect past, enhance the output.
4) Adequately use for water, air, fertilizer, pesticide and temperature, enhance general economic benefit.
5) Long use life of 5 years, low cost and handy operation.
2. Apply range
Soak irrigation is successfully used in field of greenhouse vegetable, flower, fruit tree, tea tree, rare medicinal material, potato, soybean, wheat, lawn, golf course, speedway virescence area, city park and tree planting forestation.
3. physical characteristic
1) Black appearance, smooth surface, well-proportioned jerkwater orifice, orifice size: 0.01-0.5mm.
2) Velocity of flow: 0.5-1kL/M/minute, velocity of flow can be controlled.
3) Tensile break strength is 2.5-3.5mpa, extension at break rate is 75-120%.
4) High temperature and low temperature resistance: It is ametabolic under normal temperature and 60℃. It is out of rip by folding under -18℃. It is out of rip under -30℃.
5) Specifications: 4/8″, 5/8″, 1/2″.
4. Packing: 15m-100m per roll, contain tie-in and no tie-in, enlacing package.
5. Use method: According with different landform and plant, joint one aspect of the soaker hose to water faucet, then dispose soaker hose and fasten another aspect of the soaker hose. If only 1kg water pressure, the soaker hose can be used handy.
