Welded mesh is welded by low carbon or stainless steel wire,It can be rolls and panels.The finiseh can be electric dipped gavlanized ,hot dipped galvnized or PVC coated.It is widely used as fencing or construction. Chain link or wire netting is a type of woven fence usually made from galvanized or LLDPE-coated steel wire. The wires run vertically and are bent into a zig-zag pattern so that each "zig" hooks with the wire immediately on one side and each "zag" with the wire immediately on the other. This forms the characteristic diamond pattern seen in this type of fence.

Originally barbed wire fulfilled the roll of perimeter security.Because it is simple and lower cost. As crime has escalated barbed wire became less and less effective.
