VFW-15000/25000 IV computer controlled vertical Spot filament winding machine

VFW-15000/25000Ⅳcomputer controlled vertical Spot filament winding machine is especially suitable for spot filament winding of FRP vessels and pipes with heavy caliber. This winding machine is capable of winding FRP vessels and pipes with a diameter of 4-15/25 meters based on proper mandrel. Its controlling center has been adopted PC industrial control computer, which manufactured by Yanhua Corporation Ltd, Taiwan. If the parameters of the wound products being inputted the computer, the design of the linearity for winding of the product will be completed automatically; and control the combined movements up and down between the rolling mandrel and the running trolley; then evenly bestrew the resin-saturate fiber on the inner liner by rules. This filament winding machine combines technology with science; its movements such as rotating of mandrel, moving up and down of trolley and lying of winding yard are accurately controlled by computer software. The FRP products wound by this machine are widely applied in the area of chemical, oil, electricity/power, brewage. Its advantages such as reasonable structure, futuramic design, convenient operation, reasonable interface between operator and machine, smaller space at jobsite compared with horizontal machine and lower cost of transportation are in good graces to FRP industry.
