Special multi-point welding machine for escalator footplate

This equipment is mainly used for the multi-point resistance welding of escalator stainless steel footplate and the welding under the footplate.

Using gate-style structure, single side double-point welding techniques, with 50KVA transformer, and it can weld four points at same time. The electrode is fixed and the work piece is transferred and welding through the AC servo motor on the table by the ball bearing pole and nut.
