1. Products Summarization
The CELK dry iron chip filtering reactor is used for for the low voltage passive filter and connect the filter capacitor with the series type, when a large number current and iverter device appears in the low voltage power grid, such as harmonic source, it's high harmonics would seriously endanger the main transformer and other electrical equipment of the security operation. After the filtering reactor and filter capacitor connect with the series type, the high harmonics of a low-impedance channel, can effectively absorb the harmonic power grid and improve the system's voltage wave and reduce the harmonic pollution to the power grid, to extend the life of electrical equipment.
2. Technique characteristics
1) The reactor's structure is very simple, it has a small size and maintenance-free, also easy to install in the cabinet.
2) The inductance is accurate, and the reactor's value of the ICP in the +/-5% is tunable.
3) The reactor linearity: In 1.8 times of the rated current value's reactor value and rated current of anti-values, the ratio is not less than 0.95.
4) The reactor core is using the low-loss silicon steel sheet and the coil is made up with the paint bag and the entire reactor in a vacuum condition under the dryer by immersion of the paint, so there's no noise when it operation.
