Full-Automatic Panty Liner Machine (PX-WHD-600B)

Function & Character:

1. It can produce air-laid paper and three pieces type panty liner. Products are in fast-easy packaging.

2. PLC + touching screen + frequency converter control system. Auto splicing air-laid paper, N.W. fabric, perforated film and P.E. film. Auto material tension control, auto rectification and reject wasted and unqualified products.

3. Material standing is equipped with frequency converter (Danfoss ), the machine adopts air-loaded shaft and four sets of rectifiers.

4. The main cutting tool bearings、conveyer belts and frequency convertor are international brands.

5. Driving system consists of gearwheel box, universal shaft couplings and synchronous belt. Gear wheel box uses the screwed gear wheel.

6. The positioning procedures of products are equipped with electric differential device, arrange phase without stopping machine.
