The manchine is used for filling lipstick. It is featured with oil(glycerin) heating,paddle stirring,vacuum bubble eliminator,pneumatic filling valve.

Working Process:

The lipstick material in pot are heated at first to a certain temperature,then mixed and stirred and made bubble-free in vacuum,and finally filled into module.Bubble eliminating:stirring at high speed by in vacuum(stepless speed regulation)

   The machines easy to wash and operate.It is made of stainless steel(SUS304)in area(parts)touching production material. The stirring and transmission parts are cooled by waster to ensure a long service life.
