2028/2028T high quality high elastic  white paste/ transparent paste

This product is made from imported high elastic resin and special auxiliaries. It is with high fastness, high elasticity, high cover ability, soft and fine handfeel, smooth surface and it is non-sticky.

※   Suggested Working Process:

 

It is applied to 100-120 mesh screen, and please be noted to choose different mesh based on different pattern design. For normal cotton, print two times by come-and-go twice or three times. For high elastic fabric, use 2028T to render two times, then use evenly stired 2028 mixed with 15-20% 2028T print twice. The ideal result can be gained. The printed fabric should be bake at 140-150℃ for 2-3 munites, or hot pressed for 10-12 seconds,or dry it naturally for 16 hours. Then fastness test can be acted.( Please find instruction and method of fastness test and non-sticky test on the second page of this book).
