Inflating snacks processing line uses rice, corn, millet, wheat, oats, buckwheat, bean, starch as raw materials to produce all kinds of inflating foodstuffs, rice bread, rolling snacks, cheese balls, corn puffs, crackers, doritos nacho, tortilla corn ships, cheese puffs, corn curls, core-filled snacks, gruels, nutrient flour, bread pan, bread crumb and so on.
 
From feeding materials, extruding and inflating, core filing, shaping, roasting, spraying to finished products are done in one time with automation. 

1) Output: 130-180kg/h

2) Stable performance: adopting imported frequency or electromagnetic controlling system, high automation and smooth operation

3) Permanent working life: with special material and technology, the screw and nut involved can work continuously for 1 year under conditions of high wear and pressure
