Structures and Principles

A motor drives the basket. In the state of feeding speed, material is fed into the basket through a feed pipe, and the feeding is stopped after the fed material reaches the expected amount. And then the high speed is needed for separation. In the process of feeding and high-speed separation, under the centrifugal force, the liquid phase is discharged out of the basket through the filter cloth and the holes of the basket wall, and then out of the machine through the tube for discharging liquid, with the solid phase left in the basket. After the separation the basket is turned to the state of discharging speed, the scraper being up and down, rotating and reciprocating, automatically. Thus the solid phase is scraped off the basket walls, and then discharged from the bottom of the centrifuge.
