CIP system

CIP (clean in place) is designed for the cleaning of beverage production line and filling equipment, with three cleaning sections of acid,alkali and hot water.A centrifugal pump is used in CIP to feeding cleaning liquid into material pipes and equipments. Whole production line is cleaned and disinfected circularly without being dismantled or opened . It is widely used for the cleaning of equipments and pipes in dairy, beverages, alcohol, chemical factories .Three types of CIP syatem are available: 1. Manual CIP system; 2. Semi-automatic CIP system; 3. Automatic CIP system;
