Conclusion:
CSDS is the top cost performance non-phosphorus detergent which is widely used in leather washing and metal cleaning. It is based on national patent (the patent No:97107704.5) with exceeded capability. The project has been completed and 50,000 tons per year production line.CSDS reduce the phosphor pollution while driving entironment protection.CSDS mainly used for washing powder, it accounts for it accounts for about 40% of the weight. The global peolple need washing powder totally 15,000,000 tons, 50% by the use of sodium silicate compound calculated to be 3,000,000 tons in the second compound sodium silicate. In terms of per domestic use in washing powder to 1.5Kg calculated it would take a sodium silicate compound 720,000 tons.
Sodium Disilicate is included in the "1998 state-level Spark Program", "1999 state-level Torch Program" and "light of the strategic plan." by State Science and Technology.
