Chymotrypsin

Appearance: white or almost white freeze-dry powder

Introduction
Chymotrypsin is a kind of protease that can preferentially hydrolyze the peptide bond formed of the carboxyl of L-Tyrosine and L-Phenylalanine. The optimum pH is 8.0～9.0 for the hydrolysis. The activity of Chymotrypsin can be blocked by heavy metal and other natural trypsin inhibitors to different levels.
