The proportion of YAG phosphor to produce white light

2. YAG phosphor of the models are to be fit with the wavelength of blue-emitting chip, and then phosphor was be stimulated effectively to deploy a more appropriate white light.

3. In the case that do not add organic of phosphor, the ratio of YAG phosphor and epoxy resin of AB is 1: 6 to 10 (weight ratio). In other words, when the YAG phosphor is 1 g, the epoxy resin of AB is 6 to 10 grams. As for epoxy resin of AB should be between 6 to 10 grams was deceided by the wavelength of blue chips which you chooses. Once the quantity of phosphor is fixed, Great-power chip should use relatively small amount of epoxy resin of AB (for example, 1: 6). On the contrary, the smaller-power chip should use more less of epoxy resin of AB (for example, 1: 10).

4. As the YAG phosphor is more heavier weight in the class of inorganic phosphors, it is very easy to produce precipitation. So we propose that you should use the epoxy resin of AB mixed phosphor in one hour.

5. In order to have a full uniform mixture between epoxy resin of AB and phosphor please stir slowly. Do not increase the products of defoamer. Do not use a vacuum pump separator to remove bubbles in the full uniform mixture.
