PE/PP/PET film crushing washing and drying line

Film crushing washing and drying line for PE/PP/PET film

Capacity: 200kg/h, 300kg/h, 500kg/h,1000kg/h,2000kg/h.

mainly for PET materials' washing and cleaning. PVC and some other plastics also can be washed by this line. The whole line is fully automatic and it has advantages of high efficiency, low noise and easy operation. it adopts hot water washing to get good result. various output capacities can be chosen: 300KG/H,500-600kg/h, 1000kg/h, 1500kg/h and 2000kg/h.

It is a horizontal dewaterer, and is suitable for various plastic film. After washing the waste film, put the clean film into the horizontal barrel through the belt conveyer to dewater, then the film will be transported to the storge bunker.
Waste plastic recycling line is automotive line for recycling the PET bottles and other waste plastic profile ,except the film .For recycling the film ,we use another type recycling line ,you can find the information about the film recycling line in the web

For the recycling line ,the final product is the cleaning flakes ,if you want the final product is pellets ,we should equip the granulator line again .The information of the granulator is showed in the web .
