plough shear mixing machine

LDH plough-shear mixer mainly consists of conveying system, horizontal body, shears and fly bars, With the function of the plough-shear, on one hand the material moving along the inner side of the drum body circumferentially and radially, on th other hand, the material was being splashed along the normal of the double side of the shears, when the material touched the fly bars. It is thrown by the fly bars with high rotary speed, with the multiplex function of the plough shears and fly bars, the material is convecting, espanding and turning over, so that it could obtain a good mixing efficiency in a short time. Its structure is suitable for mixing the solid at the same time adding the liquid, and also for mixing wet granules which diameter is ranging from 0.3-3mm.
