Three-foot centrifuge dewaterer

A motor drives the basket to rotate at the full speed, material being fed into through a feed pipe and distributed evenly on the walls of the basket. Under the centrifugal force, the liquid is discharged out of the basket through filter cloth and the holes of the basket, and then out of the machine through the tube for discharging liquid, while the solid deposits in the basket. After the machine stops, open its cover, loosen the lock blocks on lip ring, suspend the lip ring together with the filter bag containing cake to the place for discharging, then have the bottom of the filter bag splay, thus the cake being discharged automatically.
