THE FEATURE ABOUT OUR ICE CREAM IS AS FOLLOWS:

1)Standby
During long no-use periods, the standby feature maintains safe product temperature in the mix hoppers and freezer cylinders.

2)Electronic controls
The microprocessor controls that regulates refrigeration by measuring product viscosity to maintain consistent quality.

3)Hardness digital indicator
The product viscosity is displayed to assure safe product.(Excluding model 218)

4)Safety
Separate overload protections are inside motor and compressor. And thermal overload relay is for whole machine.

5)Air pump (Model number with letter A)
Grind mix with more air to a softer and smoother product, more overrun

6)Refrigeration parts
Compressor : ASPERA and MANEUROP DANFOSS
Refrigerant : R404a and R134a
Expand valve: DANFOSS
Condenser: Internal thread copper pipe

7)Electronic parts
SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC “TELEMECANIQUE”

8)Freezing cylinder
No welding line, hard-drawn from mould, hygeian standard, AISI 304 stainless steel, refrigerant contacts directly wall of cylinder without wrap pipes.

9)Mix hopper
Separate hopper refrigeration (SHR) with separate compressor to pre-cool mix and maintain mix below 5

 

We also have 13 items you can choose, 218\218A,225\225A, 350\350A,248\348,368\368A, 338A.240/240A. The last two number represents the capability it produces per hour. Take model 240 for example, the last two number 40 represents the capability it produces 40 liter per hour. The letter“ A ”represents the Air Pump in hopper it equipped.

 

Now I will introduce you the model 368, it have two driven motors. When the business is not very busy, you can start one motor only. It would save the power and reduce you cost. 368\368A ,248/248A,348A are also have two driven motors.
