PS plate production line
1. Mechanical construction
The whole body is stainless steel with acid-resistant paint frame and polyvinyl chloride case. The waste gas frame is released from the bottom of the body.
2. Driving system
It is driven by 3S roller harmonic reduction speed gear. It is equips with original Japanese Yaskawa AC servosyn speed governor and tested by tensility
automatically. Its control system is closed loop and speed stabilization is more than 0.02%. It is of balanced driving and invariableness tensility.
3. Electrolysis system
Infusion method alternating-current electrolysis. Multi-layer grain electrolyzation process, electrolytic grain is even and fine, and its harshness is adjustable.
Concentration of chemical solution can be tested on line and can be automatically controlled.
4. Oxidizing system
It adapts tangent bronze cylinder conduction electricity and anode oxidizing process. The oxidation film is well-proportioned with good adherence and high
everlasting rate, which can print 80 thousand printing. SCR voltage regulation can save 35% electricity. Concentration of chemical solution can be tested on line and
can be automatically controlled.
5. Coating system
It adapts high precision and squeeze style coating. Metering pump adjust the glue setting steplessly. The coating is symmetrical and easy to control.
6. Coating baking
The interior wall of the baking oven is stainless steel, and it adapts three-dimensional S style baking way (or planar) with aliasing temperature baking process. It is
digital thyristor temperature controlling, accuracy is ±1.
7. Cutting system
It adapts that person and machine is interfacial and Japan Mitsubishi PLC control and orientation system with the length precision≤±0.3mm, diagonal
tolerance≤±1mm.
8. Unwinding device
It is with electronic controlling hydraulic pressure lifting device and handling aluminum coil by wheelbarrow and can be matched with guide gas and dry powder
spraying device on the line.
