1.      Brief  Introduction:

J-GL 400 Calendar Making Machine is mainly used in making calendar hook, folder and some art and craft. This machine can make the hook by nylon coated wire and galvanizing wire, automatic feeding, automatic straightening, automatic cutting, automatic hook-forming, automatic sending formed hook out.

2. Operation Method:

  2.1, Open the Switch of Power (9)

  2.2, Set the hook length: Number show in Counter(7) x 10 = Hook Actual Length

  2.3 Press the Starting Switch(10), make the motor( <= 50r/min) started, and all actions , like feeding, straightening, cutting, hook-forming, discharging will be started.  One cycle of operation counted as 1 by Couter(8). All actions are cycling under the control by Sensor and Relay.
