Fiberglass Texturized Yarn
Texturized yarn is produced by texturizing process with high pressure air. It provides many good characteristics such as high strength, high temperaturre resistance, heat and electrical insulation, flame resistance, It is suitable for purpose of friction materials, insulation materials, heat insulating materials and an excellent substitute for asbestos.
Texturized fiberglass yarn with Metallic (copper wire, inconel wire or stainless wire) are also available
Technical Characteristic
Individual and Bulk PackagingEach bobbin is packed in a polythene bag. 48 or 64 bobbins are packed in a carton. The assembly is wrapped onto the pallet and protected by a shrink-wrap film. A vertical FRP tube reinforces the 4 corners of the pallet.
20 small pallets are loaded in 20' container, total net weight is 7,680 kgs. Or 10 small and 10 big pallets are in 20' container, total net weight is 8,960 kgs. Individual carton loading in container is available, about 14,000 kgs/20'FCL.
