General Introduction
　　This type of powder coating is prepared from polyurethane resin. It has excellent leveling property and good resistance to chemicals, elements and oil. It can be applied in the coating on hard conditions, such as the coating for automobiles, motors, oiling machines and agricultural implements and machinery.
Product Series
　　Products of different gloss are available: high gloss (above 80%), semi gloss (50-80%), flat gloss (20-50%) and no gloss (below 20%). (The gloss can be adjusted according to the customers' demand.)
Physical properties of the powder
Density (g/cm? 25 Centigrade): 1.4-1.7
Granularity distribution: 100% below 100 Micrometre (It can be adapted to the demand of coating)
Curing Condition
　200 Centigrade (workpiece temperature), 10 minutes
Average coating rate
　　9-12m?kg, film thickness: 60 Micrometre (calculated according to 100% consuming of powder coating)

　　Packed in double corrugated paper box lined with single polyethylene bag
