-Mould base steel use: DIN2311 with precision grinding machine with each plate thickness tolerance 0.015mm for a plate size 500x500x400mm. with HRC32.
-Optimal cooling design and all the cooling system are Nickel plated.
-Automatic ejection.
-Mirror hand polishing for the core and cavity.
-Can make max, 96cavities currently.
-Can guarantee for 2 years running.
