Two weeks ago, we got an inquiry from ECVV platform, the customer was Australian and he wanted to buy Portable Gas Stove.
First of all, I do not hurry to reply, because maybe he sends the inquiry to lots of people, and I am one of them.
So I use the Google engine to look for his company, and fortunately I find it. I view their website carefully, and I find that they have done kitchenware for several years. So I am sure he is a honest buyer, but I still not give him the price list.
I ask him some questions, such as:
A> What trade do you engage in?
B> How long do you engage in this trade?
C> What is your goal client? Retailer, wholesaler, or
If he doesn't reply, I decide to ignore him, but if he replies, I think I will grasp him well.
He replies my email on the next day, after discussion, we think that we should be cooperation, so I give him the price list.
After several email's exchanges, he says that he needs some samples.
He gives us the UPS account and pay for the sample.
Of course, we send him the sample, and after a week, he says he is satisfied with our products.
Annual usage: 3000 stoves per year and 53,000 gas cartridges per year.
It's done.
