It is covering an area of 36,000 square meter, we have more than 200 employees, including 30 technical professionals our company is only 150 kilometers away from Tianjin port and 250 kilometers away from Beijing City, enjoying convenient transportation access.
Our company specializes in manufacturing carbon steel pipe fittings, including the three series of the high, the medium and the low pressure of the products, such as elbows, tees, reducers, caps, bents in size 1/2 inchs - 48inchs which are designed according to GB, DIN, ASTM, ANSI, JS, BS, standards or as per customers' drawings or samples. The company has a complete set of the domestic advanced level equipment including 5 sets of the large and medium ?ized intermediate frequency making machines, 1set of the large-scale intermediate frequency pipe bending machine, 1 set of the 2000 tons hydraulic pressed machine, 11 sets of hydraulic pressed machines, which adopt the cold T, for producing the 200-500 tees, the tubing cross, 4X10X4.5 large ?cale heat-treatment furnace, auxiliary hear-treatment furnace, 2 sets of specialized production equipment for the tee, the tubing cross and the flange, 18 sets of domestically produced and imported from Italy bevel machines, 2500mm vertical vehicle, 2 sets of the large and medium-sized sand spraying machines, 16 sets of the lathes, the milling machines, planers and drilling machines, and 128 sets of the other medium or small scaled equipment. We can annually produce 6000 tons of pipe fittings every year, which are extensively used for the industry of petroleum, electric power, chemical, metallurgy, shipbuilding, urban construction, etc. The product has been exported to America, Australia, Japan Thailand, Pakistan, Iran, and other countries or areas.
